All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer nationwide shipping within South Africa at a flat rate of R99.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

• Main areas: 1–3 business days

• Outlying/rural areas: 3–5 business days

Please note: During high-demand periods (e.g. sales or holidays), shipping may take slightly longer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your delivery.

Local Pickup (Optional):
We do not currently offer local pickup, but this may become available in the future.

Shipping Delays:
We are not liable for shipping delays once the package is with the courier. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
