How to use your Castor Oil Wrap

2. Add 2–3 tablespoons of TMAN’s Castor Oil onto the centre of the cotton flannel.
3. Gently spread the oil evenly, avoiding the edges of the wrap.
4. Apply the wrap to your desired area and secure it comfortably using the adjustable straps.

For a deeper, more soothing experience, allow yourself to rest while wearing the wrap.

Duration

• Use the wrap for 30–60 minutes per session
• For best results, use 3–4 times per week

Wrap care

• Before first use, gently clean the wrap and cotton flannel with water and mild detergent
• After each use, store the wrap and flannel in a clean, dry place
• Wash the cotton flannel after every 4–5 uses
