How to use

1. Place the cotton flannel onto the inner white surface of the wrap
2. Add 2–3 tablespoons of castor oil to the centre of the flannel
3. Spread evenly, avoiding the edges
4. Wrap around your lower abdomen and secure comfortably

Leave on for 30–60 minutes, allowing your body to rest and receive.
Use 3–4 times per week for best results.

How to care for your Castor Oil Wrap

Taking care of your wrap means it can take care of you — again and again.

• Before your first use, gently wash the wrap and cotton flannel with water and a mild detergent
• After each use, store your wrap and flannel in a clean, dry place
• The cotton flannel only needs to be washed after every 4–5 uses
• Allow your wrap to fully dry before storing
